An easy Photoshop tip For getting more realistic drop shadows in print: Add some noise. When you choose Drop Shadow from the Add a Layer Style menu in the Layers palette, there’s a slider for adding noise to your shadows in the Layer Style dialog. Beaches Photography Club Training Classes Wednesday July 21st The next class will be held this Wednesday July 21th and the topic will be "Camera Controls" how to get more out of your camera with its' features and controls. Jacksonville City On Friday, July 27th, we were looking forward to getting some spectacular shots of the city after dark. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate too well. We met at 4 PM and took a ride on the river taxi, where we got some shots of the city from the water. Dinner was at the River City Brewing Company, but after dinner most everyone left for home because it was raining. This is an outing we will have to repeat after the fountain at Friendship Park is repaired and when we can have some decent weather. The photo below by Karen Stephenson is one of the better photos taken that day.
